At C&S Construction, we use a post and beam system to ensure stability of the logs. To counteract Colorado's dry climate, we developed a wall panel system that reinforces the building around the windows and doors. Log Concepts

Log Buildings are now affordable with C&S Construction's log concepts. We incorporate insulated concrete form (ICF) construction into all our log homes. ICF is great for log buildings because it helps to insulate the building and reinforce the structure. ICF combined with custom frame work, gives appeal to any home, or business C&S Construction works on.
