We have been building 1" Scale Model Homes for many years. We find that this is a very good way to communicate with our Customers; to determine elevations, both interior and exterior, room partitions and any landscape needed.
This is important since it is very difficult to communicate these things over the phone and removes any doubt of what the home will look like when it is finished. We work to design the floor plan according to the needs of our customers.
We specialize in Cabin Style Floor Plans, opening up the home with spacious designs no matter how small or large the square footage is. This is just one of the ways we earn the trust of our Customers. Most of our Customers are from out of State and are just moving to this area, so we try our best to make them feel comfortable when they choose us as their General Contractor.
Our structures are designed with full Log Design, Log Concept Design, Frame Design, or ICF Design. All of our designs are approved by a licensed structural engineer, who also engineers the foundations as required by Colorado state law.
Shown on this page are the Grape Creek Model which has 8 different floor plans, the Silver Creek , and the Sand Creek . The Silver and Sand Creek models are the smallest models we currently have and can be changed in several different ways. We can increase the square footage or decreased somewhat according to your needs. You may also give us your floor plan and we will develop elevations from that.
