C & S Construction, located in Fremont County since 1999, is family-owned and operated. We specialize in mountain home construction. We have expanded our business to include Log Concepts, custom frame construction, and ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) Construction. Our newest division is Fire, Smoke, and Calamity Damage repair and restoration.
C & S Construction will also perform building inspections, both residential and commercial. Professional litigation and arbitration as active consultants in the industry. As well as the many trade activities, such as stone masonry, stucco masonry and custom stone fireplaces, both interior and exterior.
You will be greeted on the phone by Shelley who runs our office and keeps the family business together. Randy is the General Manager and does all of the estimating, bidding, project management, and also runs the Fire, Smoke, and Calamity Division.
Adam is the Assistant Manager for Residential Construction. Aaron is the Assistant Manager for Commercial Construction. Jesse is a Carpenter Apprentice and Ashley is Shelley’s Assistant, and assists in residential and commercial construction.
As a family, we all work together on each and every job, doing whatever it takes to complete our projects in a timely and craftsman-like manner.
The versatility of C & S Construction enables us to handle any job ranging from 20 thousand to 3 million, residential and commercial construction to commercial tenant finish and beyond to fire and calamity restoration.
